Errors or damages must be reported within 3 days. We will not take responsibility for shipping or rush charges if the error wasn’t reported immediately. Returned merchandise must accompany a letter stating the problem. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused or sent back. Any defective merchandise will be immediately replaced or a credit will be issued. Credit will be issued only for quantity returned.
