Terms & Conditions: Orders: - Orders are accepted by fax, mail or e-mail only. Personalisation: - We will not accept liability of incorrect spelling, grammar or layout emailed by the buyer on any personalised goods. NOTE: TEXT WILL BE PRINTED ON PRODUCT AS SHOWN PER BUYERS EMAIL . Payment method: - Cheque or Bacs. - MasterCard and Visa are accepted as payment. Minimum order: - Prices include imprint on minimum order of five dozen cupples. - There will be a surcharge of £25.00 for orders less than 5 dozen. - Benchers £35.00 for first 100 pieces & 0.35p every piece thereafter. Production time: - Please allow 6-8 weeks for your order to be processed - Service based on a five day work week, not including holidays or weekends. - Faster turnaround available with the following charges - less than 4 weeks = £35.00 - 2 weeks = £50.00 Catalogue: - Catalogue of kippot yarmulkes and other products will be sent free of charge upon request. OVER OR UNDER-RUNS: Orders will be dispatched to the exact amount. However, on occasion we reserve the right to dispatch up to a few pieces under and will substitute accordingly. Shipping: Minimum charge is £7.50. Additional shipping charges will be applied on larger orders or faster shipping. Returns: Orders must be checked upon receipt. Errors or damages must be reported within 3 days. We will not take responsibility for shipping or rush charges if the error wasn’t reported immediately. Returned merchandise must accompany a letter stating the problem. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused or sent back. Any defective merchandise will be immediately replaced or a credit will be issued. Credit will be issued only for quantity returned. Changes/Cancellations: All orders are considered firm and can only be cancelled or changed in writing via fax or e-mail. There is a minimum cancellation fee of £25.00. Items printed before cancellation or any changes made will be billed accordingly.
